About Grove at Grand Bay Coconut Grove

Developed by world-renowned Terra Group, Grove at Grand Bay is a twenty- story condominium complex featuring two towers that rise in the exclusive Coconut Grove. The complex’s twisting, dancing glass towers are a striking design by Bjarke Ingels, one of the world’s most exciting architects, and they have twisted forms, with floor plates extended on all sides to create generous balconies providing awe-inspiring panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline. A total of 96 condominiums are included in the development – 59 in the north tower and 37 in the South tower-, along with gardens and terraces surrounding the buildings designed by landscape architect Raymond Jungles. The towers are located on the site of the former Grand Bay Hotel – one of Miami's most prestigious attractions during the 1980s and early 1990s – in the city's Coconut Grove area, where OMA is constructing a trio of peanut-shaped towers.

Grove at Grand Bay

Grove at Grand Bay features only 96 lavish residences maximizing the space and the privacy for each of the residents. A private elevator leads to each residence. The spacious, custom homes range in size from 2,500 square feet to 11,000 square feet. Indoor-outdoor living with panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami skyline through 12-foot-high, floor-to-ceiling glass leading to terraces that are 12 feet deep and equipped with summer European-designed kitchens. The living space is typically organized as a large, open, rectangular space, taking advantage of the architecture for all your convenience.

Grove at Grand Bay is located at 2669 Bayshore Drive on the former site of the Grand Bay Hotel and just minutes from key areas including the airport, downtown Miami and Coral Gables. This unique residential development shall leave an imprint on the South Bayshore Drive community, redefining luxury and breathing new life into Coconut Grove for decades to come. The location is two blocks from the Village Center of Coconut Grove and all that is offered there. The views of Biscayne Bay are right out your window or from your expansive balcony.

Grove at Grand Bay's striking design was in charge of world-famous Bjarke Ingels. The two buildings are low-density, with 96 spacious, custom homes featuring 12-foot-high, floor-to-ceiling glass and 12-foot-deep terraces. The living here is sustainable—the towers are the first LEED gold-certified buildings in Miami-Dade County. Ultimately, architecture comes second. Just as form should follow function, your home should support your unique life. Grove at Grand Bay emphasizes livability - it's designed in the service of life.
